National Communication Manager
We are on the lookout for a National Communications Manager to spearhead our communications and marketing efforts. We are not just about construction; we are about building connections, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring our message resonates with our people, our clients and industry stakeholders across the country.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Shared Services, Your duties will be to:
Develop Strategic Communications: Craft and execute communication strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our brand.
Manage Media Relations: Handle media inquiries with finesse and oversee our industry awards strategy.
Lead Content Creation: Direct a talented team to produce compelling content for our internal platform, corporate website, and social media channels.
Engage with Leadership: Work closely with senior management to support key business initiatives and maintain our status as 'the best people to work with'.
Support Compliance Management: Play a key role in communication needs resulting from any crisis management response and/or public notice requirement
What you're good at:
Apart from having a bachelor's degree in communications, English, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, or related fields. You should possess:
Strategic and Creative Mind: With at least 10 years of experience in communication and/or marketing, you're ready to think outside the box.
Excellent Communicator: Your writing and proofreading skills are top-notch, and you have a knack for creating engaging content.
Detail-oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Team Player: You're approachable and can work with employees at all levels.
Cultural Champion: Passionate about company culture, you use storytelling to drive initiatives.
Possess a love for exclamation points and puns, as well as exposure in the Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
