Responsibilities of a Dual Midwife:
Provide holistic care to women throughout their pregnancy, Labor, and postpartum period.
Conduct prenatal assessments, monitor fetal development, and offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, and childbirth education.
Support women during Labor, providing comfort measures, pain relief techniques, and advocating for their birth preferences.
Facilitate breastfeeding initiation and provide lactation support to new mothers.
Perform postpartum assessments, offer newborn care guidance, and assist with any breastfeeding challenges.
Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for mothers and babies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Bachelor's Or Masters + Graduate qualification as A registered Nurse & midwifery
Clinical Skills and experience relevant to Registered Nurse & midwifery

Triage Certificate / ALS (desirable)
Current National Police Check & Working with Children's Check
