With a strong focus on quality, value and service, Enex is a supplier of precision engineered solutions to a range of industries
including Mining, Rail, Oil & Gas, Exploration & Mineral Processing.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and promote a culture of excellent customer service throughout our organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about increasing customer satisfaction,
loyalty, and retention, and will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers over the phone and in person to gather feedback and encourage further sales.
• Answer customers' questions, resolve problems, and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective
problem-solving resources.
• Develop and maintain customer satisfaction goals, customer service standards, procedures, and policies.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure these goals, standards, procedures, and policies are met on a daily basis.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers.
• Analyse customer feedback and expectations to understand factors affecting profitability.
• Plan and implement after-sales services to follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Liaise with other service units and customers to ensure operational efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
• Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports.
• Lead, motivate, inspire, develop, and drive staff providing customer services.
• Manage customer service staff and hold regular meetings to ensure procedures are being met and address any issues.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Suitable certification or relevant experience.
• At least two years of experience in a similar environment.

Skills:
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
• Ability to understand factors affecting profitability and customer feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Salary $70k - $90k pa
