The Senior IO Psychology Consultant, Science Services works as part of the Science Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex projects spanning assessment design, analytics, and implementation. You will work with our global customers by developing and implementing data-driven pre-employment assessments and selection system design, consulting with our customers to demonstrate value and facilitate success.

HireVue has a small remote based team in or around Sydney, Australia who you will partner with frequently on APAC customer assessment engagements. You will also work very closely with team members in the US as the majority of HireVue’s Science team is located in the US. It will be important to build relationships across countries and time zones.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Employ IO Psychology knowledge, advanced research, and analytical skills to lead science aspects of multifaceted customer assessment projects
  • Lead job analyses to identify assessments used in client selection solutions
  • Establish and maintain a reputation as a dependable advisor, exerting influence on customers and contributing to strong partnerships
  • Exhibit the ability to foresee and handle client needs while advising on scope adjustments as necessary
  • Analyze complex information and distill key takeaways to communicate and present findings in a way that enables client stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and take action on results
  • Become an expert on the platform, product, and tool usage, actively contributing to their advancement
  • Participate in research and development initiatives to enhance our products, processes, and science implementations
  • Seek diverse learning opportunities within and outside of HireVue and incorporate knowledge to drive self improvements and continuous improvement to science delivery at HireVue
  • Disseminate discoveries, conclusions, and lessons learned to the team and leadership to enhance collective wisdom
  • Provide guidance and education to team members on moderately complex subjects, bolstering collective growth
  • Act as subject matter expert to support assessment-related discussions with Sales and Customer Success Teams
