Our ideal Member Experience Assistant Manager will possess the following experience and attributes:
Proven track record in a similar administrative or support role within a service, events, or member-based organisation
Demonstrated ability to handle complex administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Strong organisational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with members, management, and external stakeholders. Must be able to convey information clearly and persuasively.
High energy level, ethical integrity, and a commitment to professionalism.
Proactivity and self-starter attitude which means you are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Applicants must possess a current Driver's Licence and car. (Car expenses for attendance at member events shall be reimbursed.)
