Job description
On behalf of a Federal Government Agency, we are looking for several APS3 Access Officers to join the Access and Reassessment team based in Geelong. The assignments will be for 6 months, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
The team are responsible for working in a service delivery environment, working directly with participants to manage and resolve eligibility assessments and resolution.
Responsibilities will include;
Reviewing, processing and assessing documentation in accordance with policy and legislation
Making appropriate assessment decisions
Responding to phone and email enquiries and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintaining records and undertaking data entry, scanning and filing documents according to standards
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate;
Previous administrative experience or experience working in a service delivery environment
Computer skills
Ability to follow process
