About the opportunity
As a Community Engagement Advisor, you?ll play a pivotal role in championing initiatives that drive positive social change and enhance the lives of our residents. You?ll build the capacity of the organisation to engage effectively with community in order to deliver programs and projects. All that, while working alongside dedicated professionals committed to making a difference.
In this role, you will undertake duties such as:
Fostering a two-way conversation between the City and the community
Lead strategic initiatives to shape the future of the community
Develop the capability of staff to engage effectively
Lead training and development workshops and conversations
