We are currently seeking a n experienced Workforce Administration Officer to join the dynamic Workforce Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering required payroll processes with accuracy to support all Sales and Member Service based employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and submit all payroll records ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy
Entering and auditing employee entitlements and allowances e nsuring compliance and adherence to Enterprise Agreements.
Implement and execute strategic strategies to enhance operational efficiency , ensuring continual improvements in processes.
Processing internal records to reflect accurate employee data
Stay informed on workforce management practices, utilizing tools like CXOne or IEX workforce management software to adapt and improve scheduling processes.
Experience required :
In-depth understanding of workforce management planning tools including excel, power BI etc, to facilitate efficient delivery of objectives
