We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our federal client. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must be exceedingly well-organised, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an executive team in a dynamic environment.

Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Manage confidential information with discretion.
