The People & Culture Business Partner role will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio, providing broad HR support to the business. Within the role, you can get your hands dirty with operational HR while supporting more comprehensive projects and change initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, and every day will be different.
Some of your key responsibilities will include;
Providing day-to-day support to your client group across the employee lifecycle, including coaching managers through cyclical processes, including remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance appraisals.
