Role Overview
Key responsibilities of the role are

High level administrative and project support and advice through the utilisation of corporate systems
Coordination of meeting materials including maintaining accurate meeting records and registers in line with records management policies and procedures
Provide Secretariat function to the Design Authority governance meetings includes notes, actions registers, and action follow up with senior members of the program
Project documentation control, including tracking distribution and document approvals
Support the PIO Manager and Master Scheduler with Project Online and Jira updates (logs, schedules, reporting)
Support the updating of risks and issues registers across the Delivery Stream
Monitor and maintain Customer & Digital Delivery Stream distribution lists, Teams, and SharePoint site/s
Generate status reports when required

Required skills and experience:

A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
