We are excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Mentor to join our team in Huntington. This vital role focuses on supporting SEND learners within the construction department, ensuring they receive the personalised support needed to excel academically.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored one-to-one and group support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Develop and implement effective learning strategies tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with faculty to integrate supportive measures into the curriculum.
Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
