This company is an industry-leader that specialises in the preparation of Tax Depreciation reports. They pride themselves in maximising depreciation deductions and creating memorable service experiences for their property investor clients. As one of the largest quantity surveying companies in Australia, they build and foster relationships with esteemed accounting and real estate firms, being a preferred choice for professionals.
Your new role
We have an opportunity for an energetic and motivated person who has a keen interest in property to join a team of customer service professionals. This unique role will see you assist clients with their depreciation schedule needs, as well as support the Adelaide property inspection team by completing onsite property inspections.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Communicating the value and benefits associated with our tax depreciation reports to clients and industry partners
Assessing basic property information to determine depreciation potential
Providing quotes and converting them to sales
Proactively seeking out new alliances and opportunities to generate new business
Responding to incoming enquiries via email, phone & webchat
Assisting the inspection team by completing inspections on residential and commercial properties, sometimes at short notice

What you'll need to succeed
As a genuine people person, you enjoy building relationships and providing the highest level of customer service, making you an asset to the team. You are someone who can work well autonomously as well as within a team environment, and you thrive on seeing results.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:


Previous experience within a phone-based sales or customer service environment
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work towards key targets
Exceptional time management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A designated work area and NBN internet connection
Proficient computer skills
Flexibility and desire to get away from your desk and complete property inspections at short notice
The ability to complete 1 week of induction training from the NSW head office


A successful candidate will need to provide evidence of a valid unrestricted driver's license
