About the Branch
The role of the Transformation Branch is to provide insights, solutions and advice to decision makers, policy makers and the market to improve scheme operations and position the agency as a modern, efficient and effective regulator.
Branch objectives:
Provide (a) advice, (b) support or (c) action on complex scheme implementation & design issues that are workable and enforceable.
Influence the direction of potential new schemes or policies that align with the objectives and functions of the agency.
Support the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and the agency to create a data-driven culture that identifies external trends to inform strategic decisions and support business transformation.
