What success looks like in this role:
Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk side software support and/or service desk support
Understanding of hardware and software support services
Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.
Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
Test and certify PCs.
Provide follow-up on problems, escalations, and requests.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according to the ticketing system.
Provide on-call support.
Some travel
You will be successful in this role if you have:
NV1/Baseline Clearance required for this role.
