You will be primarily responsible for:
Manage the recruitment process, ensuring successful hiring of skilled candidates and appropriate staffing resources to support business operations.
Facilitate new employee orientation programs to ensure comprehensive and welcoming introductions to the organisation.
Advise managers on effective team management and address employee relations matters,
Handle HR-related queries promptly and professionally, including pay enquiries, award interpretations, and policy clarifications.
Assist in coordinating performance reviews and staff training initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, collect compliance data, and maintain documents for audits and accreditations.
Collaborate closely with managers and supervisors to effectively manage injured workers, building relationships with third-party providers to facilitate quick recovery and safe return to work.
Process contracts, variations to employment, and offboarding activities while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
HR Projects and Initiatives: Support the implementation of HR projects and value-added initiatives, including HRIS development, policy enhancements, and wellness programs
What you'll need to succeed The right candidate should have been working in a similar role for the past 1 - 2 years. Previous experience working within the aged care sector would be beneficial but not essential. A team player with an exceptional work ethic who has demonstrated skills in collaboration. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred for this role.
