Through the provision of first-class technical information, you will support the sales team in achieving business outcomes, driving sales and market share growth, and maximise portfolio opportunities. You will interact with customers on a technical level, deliver presentations at forums local and national, and train sales representatives on the use of technical data during sales calls. You will also coach sales representatives on technical selling. Able to communicate technical information effectively to a range of audiences, you will also develop effective product/industry training programs for staff support
