Reinforcing Despatch Coordinator
About the role
Our InfraBuild Reinforcing branch in Eagle Farm is looking for a Despatch Coordinator to join the team! As our Despatch Coordinator, you will demonstrate experience in despatch planning, scheduling, and prioritisation. You will be responsible for planning despatch to optimise service levels and customer satisfaction, without compromising our well-established safety and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Despatching of all loads through our ERP system (JD Edwards)
Ensure required fleet matches delivery plan
Accurate despatch of correct order to customer
Daily liaison with customers, the planning team and the project management team with notification of changes to the delivery plan, concerns on site and proof of delivery requests
