What you will do
- Assist the pastry team in the preparation and production of a variety of desserts and pastries for our à la carte restaurant, conference & events and high tea service.
- Learn and master fundamental pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Support in the development and execution of pastry menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative flavors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
