Act as the first point of contact for existing and potential member queries and services, supporting the end-to-end membership life cycle
Provide coaching, mentoring and advice to tourism operators relating to accreditation, marketing, e-tourism, workforce development, business planning and customer service
Conduct online and on-site accreditation assessments with tourism businesses
Assist with WA events, support policy making, and training and development programs
Ad hoc admin duties
