Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant Organisation who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Service desk Analyst to join a great team.
Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be Providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities include:
Gathering information and raising tickets for the clients that call in.
Providing IT support - queries and incidents raised by customers
Creating and managing Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identifying potential problems
Maintaining clear and concise communications and records to support service delivery.
Skills we are looking for:
Detailed knowledge of Ticketing System
Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Operating Systems
