Senior Change Analyst
Our federal government client is seeking a talented and driven Senior Change Analyst. You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering change management activities at EPMO level. This role will ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage.
Responsibilities will include supporting the creation and implementing of change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption, minimise resistance, and supporting and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively embed change.
About the role:
Manage competing priorities and strategic directions when achieving EPMO plans in line with Agency goals and objectives.
Facilitate the implementation of the change management framework to support the EPMO objectives and the Agency program and project capability.
