The Business Analyst is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate on behalf of the Agency?s to advance the interests across a range of forums.
About the role:
? Identifying and documenting current business processes to create baseline understanding of current situation and processes.
? Creating and facilitating process design improvements by conducting business and systems process analysis.
? Providing program/stream level analysis and producing required analysis documentation. ? Providing expertise and supporting the Product Owner to elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps with the input from SMEs.
? Providing assistance to Product Owner with the use of internal systems.
? Evaluating effectiveness of proposed solutions and design.
