The Role:
The Department requires an experienced Program Manager to assist the branch in supporting multiple projects across the Department. The branch delivers critical ICT systems across the portfolio, such as intelligence analysis, risk assessment, decision support, situational awareness, and data platforms. The Program Manager must have effective leadership skills, strong stakeholder management skills and good knowledge of the digital market.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Five (5) or more years of experience in program management
2. Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
4. Strong knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs
