Our state government client is seeking a talented and driven SAP Success Factors Learning Management System Administrator. You will assist with our learning management system rebuild/configuration in SAP Success Factors talent management learning module.
About the role:
LMS Administration, configuration and reporting capability.
Provide SME input to the draft Project Plan.
Assist with mapping of the future state of the LMS.
Assist the team in a data cleansing exercise.
Create and assign the core and mandatory curricular.
Create mapped learning curricula against identified roles.
Support with the development of SOPS and LMS training videos.
Develop a system reporting framework in order for Business Units to run reports.
