The Role
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Collections professionals to ensure adherence to performance targets and proper implementation of policies and procedures.
Due to an internal move, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated finance leader to step into the finance department as the new Collections Manager?Non-Grocery and foster outstanding high-standard customer service across the team while meeting Bega Group collections targets.
This is a Hybrid position, mixing between Bega's Docklands office and working from home arrangement.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end credit function for non-supermarket customers, including team collection activities.
Manage the ledger of accounts and perform credit collection duties and administrative duties.
