You will be responsible for:
Managing a large customer ledger
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in relation to the collection of overdue accounts and processing credit card payments
Managing disputes on invoices/claims
Reconciliation of key accounts
Assisting with month-end related tasks
About you
Previous Accounts Receivable or Collections experience
Intermediate Excel and exposure to ERP systems
