We are on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic senior Property Manager who is looking for a great team environment in our clients gorgeous office at South Yarra Job Description Working in a dynamic team your role will include day to day duties such as:
Managing a well run residential portfolio of 185 properties
Managing owner and tenant relationships
Repairs and maintenance
Completion of ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Carrying out regular rent and lease reviews
Managing bond claims and attendance at VCAT when required
Lease sign up and renewal.
You will be well supported by leasing consultants and admin support.
There are no Saturdays with this role as there is a leasing consultant handling this.
Salary up to $90,000 Super
