An exciting new opportunity exists at THREE BEANS for an Experienced Chef to join our THREE BEANS restaurant on a full-time basis starting immediately.

Your daily duties will include all aspects of a Chef role.
To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you:
· Are an experienced fully qualified chef
· Have 3 yrs experience in Australian Cafe cuisine
· Hot service experience also necessary
· Responsible for developing menu and subsequent seasonal specials;
· Monitoring food cost;
· Ordering and receiving goods from suppliers, ensure all receiving of goods protocol are met in accordance to Company policy;
· Manage entire kitchen operations including working with kitchen staff and Front of House staff;
· Provide training and enforcing food safety and hygiene regulations;
· Assist in training kitchen staff;
· Collaborate with front of house staff to daily specials;
· Ensure storing of food complies to food safety standards, labelling of all food in storage;
· Assist in developing more efficient operational procedure; and
· Attend to customer complaints and assist in solving complaint issues.
