This role involves reviewing and enhancing organisational processes to drive efficiency and compliance, particularly focusing on achieving ISO certifications.
We are seeking a qualified full-time Change Management Analyst who will be responsible for:
? Reviewing organisational processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. This involves detailed assessments to streamline operations and optimise organisational structures.
? Providing recommendations for process optimisation, including the acquisition of new software, reorganisation of resources, and redesign of process flows. These recommendations focus on increasing operational efficiency and improving workflow integration.
? Supporting the implementation of business improvements and overseeing the adoption of new systems and processes. This includes monitoring the effective integration of changes and ensuring they meet predefined operational performance metrics.

This process focuses on aligning operational procedures with international standards to enhance organisational credibility and operational excellence.
? Analysing a variety of data, including financial records, employee feedback, and operational metrics, to inform process enhancements and decision-making. This task utilises data-driven insights to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend data-supported improvements.
? Managing projects related to organisational development and process improvement, encompassing project planning, budgeting, resource coordination, and timeline management. This includes overseeing the strategic execution of process enhancement projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
? Designing and delivering training programs for employees to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems. This task focuses on preparing staff to efficiently handle new workflows and technology to maintain productivity.
? Conducting ongoing research on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to remain informed and ensure the organization stays competitive. This involves continuously updating knowledge on operational methodologies to keep the organization at the forefront of industry developments.
? Documenting workflows, creating detailed reports, maintaining records, and updating organisational manuals and job descriptions to reflect current practices. This includes maintaining comprehensive documentation that supports process standardisation and continuity.
? Collaborating with various stakeholders, including department heads, management teams, and external partners, to ensure project success and organisational alignment with strategic goals. This involves aligning operational improvements with overall business objectives and ensuring cohesive progress across departments.
About You:
? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
? At least two years of experience in managing projects, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and process optimization.
? Comprehensive knowledge of construction operations and financial systems.
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
? Proficiency in Australian Accounting and Project Management such as: Xero, MYOB Accountright, MYOB Advanced, Jobpac, Sage, and Procore
