Duties:
• Machine Operation: Operate woodworking machinery to shape and finish timber components with precision.
• Quality Control: Ensure all machined parts meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Joinery and Assembly: Utilize various joinery techniques for strong and durable frame construction.
• Safety and Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain machinery, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
About You:
• As the ideal candidate, you possess:
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• A trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery, or Carpentry.
• Certificate IV in Wood Machining
• Proven experience operating multiple machines in a production environment.
• A strong work ethic, integrity, and team spirit.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and efficiency.
• Willingness to receive feedback and embrace continuous learning and improvement.
