Key Duties:
Assessing and processing building applications, ensuring compliance.
Conducting site inspections to assess compliance of building approvals.
Inspection of private swimming pool barriers.
Assist with internal and external customer service inquiries related to building matters.
Maintain accurate building records and information systems.
About you:
Advanced Diploma (or actively working towards) qualification in Building Surveying, or an equivalent qualification.
Level 2 Building Surveying Practitioner or Level 3 Technician.
Strong communication, problem solving and report writing skills.
White Card / NPC / C class drivers licence.
