Your responsibilities:
You will be jumping into a hands-on role in the day-to-day activities of administrative duties whilst learning the full project lifecycle.
Educated with a property related degree, you are a dedicated, results-driven professional with a strong passion and some experience in the property development industry. You understand the complexities of large-scale projects and have an excellent grasp of the market dynamics in Melbourne. With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you can work effectively within a team and liaise with a range of stakeholders. Degree in Property Economics, Business, Marketing or related property discipline is highly desirable
Passion for property development, and a natural curiosity to understand current trends, market intelligence and pricing analysis
Ability to start to anticipate, identify, negotiate and resolve potential issues impacting a project - or know when to identify these things and how and when to escalate them
Ability to form strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders, and work in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent relationship building skills, along with written and verbal communication skill
Engaging and self-confident in style, in a humble and down to earth way
