With a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing job tasks, this role has plenty of variety.
You'll work alongside the Food and Beverage Duty Manager and the Operations Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your role includes the following tasks:
- Greeting and taking orders
- Cleaning and refilling buffet/coffee items
- Making Coffees
- Keeping the restaurant clean and tidy
- working independently on shifts
- setting up/ Refilling/cleaning conference areas
This is a part time role, offering a minimum of 15 hours per week (although more are available depending on occupancy of the hotel). Your hours will vary between 5.30am through to 9.30pm depending on the shift and you will be required to work weekends and public holidays.
