Job Description: We are actively seeking an experienced and qualified Chef to join our team in supporting the United States Marine Corps (USMC) during an 8-month assignment at Robertson Barracks. We are seeking a skilled Chef with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery to create nutritious and flavorful meals for our military personnel. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute nutritious and appealing meals for USMC personnel.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop diverse and balanced menus.
Strictly adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and ensure availability of ingredients.
Bring creativity and innovation to the kitchen, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (mandatory).
Proven experience as a Chef in culinary arts and meal preparation.
