QEM Quality Engineering & Manufacturing are a small South West WA engineering and fabrication business, specialising in mining equipment.
We have multiple vacancies currently, including:
- Welders
- Metal Fabricators
- Fitter Generals
- Small Engine Motor Mechanics
- Diesel Motor Mechanics
- Motor Mechanics (General)
We are currently looking for experienced Welders, Metal Fabricators, and Fitter Generals to join our team.
To be considered for one of these roles, you must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Our ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Welding experience
- Experience and understanding in metal finishing techniques
- An understanding of fabrication processes
- Have the ability to read workshop drawings
- Excellent time management skills
- Responsibility for quality of own work produced
- Lean manufacturing experience and understanding an advantage
- Show leadership skills and the ability to work as a team member
- Be able to fit into a clean, tidy and motivated workshop environment
We are also seeking experienced Small Engine Motor Mechanics, Diesel Motor Mechanics, and Motor Mechanics (General)
Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience and hold a relevant trade qualification.
Remuneration package between $70,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
