Fresh, artisanal, delicious. The Gelatissimo story began in 2002 where our first store opened in the heart of Sydney. Churning gelato in store, using secret traditional Calabrian family recipes, the word of mouth spread and before long, there were queues out the door and new store openings followed. What's the role?
Permanent Part-Time role 9am to 2pm onsite
Running our reception area and being the first point of contact for suppliers and our franchise partners
Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
Assisting our Marketing team with execution of promotional programs
Assisting our Retail Operations team with customer complaints and other various admin duties
Assisting our Franchise Development team with document co-ordination and scheduling
