About the Role:
We are now looking for an experienced Operations candidate to work with the team based at our Wacol branch. Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our teams are working harder than ever. The operations area of the branch is a fast paced environment, reporting to the Operations Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large organisation that will support you to achieve a long-term career.
As an operational support to the Operations Manager, some of what you will be doing:
Scheduling of all employees/vehicles for local, interstate, & international removals
Careful daily planning/resourcing of crew onto booked removals/jobs
Liaising with clients regarding uplift and delivery times
Mentoring of crew
Briefing/Debriefing of crew
Induction/onboarding management
