Position Overview The role of the Team Leader, National Court Support is to lead a team of Court Support Coordinators (across both FCA and FCFCOA), and provide support and oversight to Chambers, Registry staff, IT and the National Operations Team whilst working alongside the Digital Practice Team. The Team Leader, National Court Support is required to be abreast of all local and national court support processes, in addition to remaining aware of challenges or circumstances unique to particular locations; all while striving for national consistency, where possible and overall process and service delivery improvements.
