Logistics Administrator

We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Dispatch Team at our Edinburgh North production facility.  We are a hands-on team providing administrative support to the Logistics Department, including Delivery Drivers, Pickers/Packers and Management.
This is a full time role commencing at 9.00am Monday - Friday with the flexibility to provide leave coverage from 4.30 am when required.
Your responsibilities (not limited to):

Collating and processing of delivery documents
Data entry of delivery scheduling and order information
Liaise with customers regarding their deliveries and orders
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
General ad hoc administration duties

To achieve success in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a logistics or similar industry
High level data entry skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
