HSE & Injury Management Administrator

The Role
We are seeking an experienced HSE & Injury Management Administrator to join our Subiaco Head Office team.
This position will be primarily working with our Injury Management Business Partner, assisting with the management of workers compensation claims and also providing administrative support to the broader HSE, Quality and Training team in relation to data, systems, and administration.
This is a Monday to Friday role.
Key Responsibilities :

Partner with stakeholders to manage the injured worker process, develop return to work plans, and maintain case notes.
Present workers compensation reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting issues and trends.
Conduct incident recording and reporting training for stakeholders.
Lodge claims and liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless return to work process.
Participate in claims file reviews, assist in policy development.
Handle administrative tasks for claims files and injury management.
