The Venue The much loved, heritage listed, Alexandria Hotel has been saved from the wrecking ball and we are excited to bring you Backyard at The Alex. With large outdoor communal tables, a basketball ring and frisbees you can expect to settle in with live entertainment and sport. The Alex is family and dog friendly because our backyard is your backyard. The Role We are looking for a Sous Chef to assist in leading the team at The Alex. You will be joining a small team that delivers big flavours with a Mexican inspired menu sprinkled with some pub classics, think adobo chicken tacos with chile seco salsa, juicy pulled pork quesadillas and mouth-watering burgers.
