About you:
- You are a key part for the success of the daily kitchen operations and have the ability to work self-sufficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- You are trade qualified and available to work from 10/11pm to 6/7am.
What you will be doing:
- Assist the Executive Chef supervising all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues during the overnight shift.
- Ensure strict hygiene and safety procedures.
