The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity available for a professional and customer focused Customer Service Manager to join our friendly and rapidly growing commercial cleaning company. The role is a full-time position offering an attractive salary and an excellent workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided.
• Ensuring operational efficiency within the organisation.
• Providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment.
• Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer service.
• Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided.
• Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
• Meeting and exceeding client KPI’s.

The Skills and Expertise
To be considered for this role, you are required to have:
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and time management / organisation skills.
• Highly developed verbal & written communication skills.
• The ability to manage and communicate to staff and clients.
• Problem solving skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Dependable, highly organised and motivated.
• Own car and Drivers Licence.
