Via Napoli Pizzeria is currently seeking an Experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast paced environment, with great understanding of food and wines.
A passion for the industry, pro-activeness as well as a great attitude will also be required to get this job.

• Hold a current R.S.A.
• Be Reliable, Punctual and Well Presented.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Be able to work as a team player but also independently without supervision.
• Have problem solving skills and be goal focused
• Available to work weekdays, weekends and double shifts.
Responsibilities include:
• Hands on, hosting, taking orders, delivering food, making cocktails, pouring wine and beer, managing and delegating staff, maintaining communication between restaurant and kitchen staff and to lead by example.
• Leading a small team of restaurant staff, customer service attendants and chefs by setting minimum standards and expectations. Building relationships with current suppliers and organising frequent deliveries for the front and back of house.
• Managing COGS and all outgoing expenses by keeping to a budget and saving costs where possible. Experience with financial reports is ideal and highly considered.
• Rostering requirements for all staff (front and back of house).
• Developing and overseeing staff training programs across the bar, floor and kitchen duties.
• Overseeing guest reservations and building our client database.
• Establishing relationships with both new and existing internal and external customers and liaising with our clientele in order to improve daily operations and guest experience.
• Planning for business growth, identifying strategies and solutions to implement systems and procedures into future venues and business operations.
• Developing and maintaining a close business relationship with the restaurant owner by working together to drive profitability.
