What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate burials at Shire cemeteries in accordance with local laws and internal operating procedures, in liaison with Rates Coordinator as required.
Oversee the security, housekeeping and maintenance of the Depot facility in conjunction with other stakeholders, including:
fuel monitoring and ordering
coordinate and maintain works plant and equipment, including scheduling repairs and servicing
supervise capital plant replacement and inform plant replacement program.
Coordinate after hour callouts for Works as required.
Contribute to the preparation of the Engineering & Works budget.
Support the Engineering & Works team and wider organisation through positive team participation and by assisting when required with workload, providing backup, or advice in areas of expertise.
