The role will include assisting the workshop with mechanical repairs on all brands of vehicles and machinery.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Motor Mechanic will be responsible for diagnostic and repair work on both heavy and light vehicles.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Motor Mechanic is responsible for service, maintenance and repair work on both heavy and light vehicles
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure reactive and preventative maintenance, servicing and repair requirements are met in accordance with maintenance schedules (including oil changes, transmission fluids, air filters, tire changes etc.)
Identify, test and repair different types of mechanical and electrical failures on vehicle engines, and machinery.
Fault diagnostics and testing parts
Performing repairs and replacing defective worn
