MAYDAY Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a Not-For-Profit organisation, who have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to start immediately. This role will initially be for 3 months with the view of permanency for the right candidate. You will be required to work full-time hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and the client does offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in working in their office which is based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, and 2 days from home. There is parking available on site. The pay rate for this role is $40 an hour Super.
Reporting into the HR Manager, this position plays a critical role for the business and requires you to assist with a variety of HR and Recruitment Functions.
