We have an opportunity for a Control Room Operator to join our team in Gladstone. You would be based at our Fishermans Landing site, the largest integrated cement plant in Australia.
As a Control Room Operator, you will monitor, adjust and record the sites central control system, ensuring safe and uninterrupted operation of the plant. You will play a key role in helping the site team to achieve production targets, compliance and product quality, maximising operational efficiency.
You will be a pivotal part of a safety culture, leading from the front and driving continuous improvement which includes taking part in training, work instruction development and challenging the status quo in a positive manner.
This is a shift position on a 12-hour rotating roster working collaboratively within a shift team.
