About the Opportunity The Aftersales Technician role is a physically demanding role performing field technician work for repairs and maintenance on site for existing Breezway louvre windows. The technician also plays a critical role in handling aftersales admin, communicating directly with our customers, raising reworks, processing service requests, and troubleshooting solutions to resolve product or service problems. This role require you to be onsite representing our brand working directly with our customers, you need to be competent and personable. You will:
